Despite the best intentions of the authors of this article in the apt-named “Comments and Controversies” section, they are catching criticisms for too-confidently making the argument that racism—and only racism—is responsible for the large discrepancy in prostate cancer mortality across race while discrepancy in incidence is clearly due to genetics. | Vickers, J Clin Oncol 2023
