Here is an intriguing case report of recurrent metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the lung treated with 36Gy/12 palliative radiation to the primary lung bulk alone (patient declined systemic therapy) with follow-up PET demonstrating a complete response at untreated nodal and spine mets with continued complete remission at 25 months. | Vilinovszki, Radiat Oncol 2021
