Here are some you can expect to hear as the debate heats up over the proposed Medicare / Medicaid radiation oncology bundled payment system (aka RO Model). The big concerns are 1) the scope, 2) the mandate, and 3) the money. Particular comments will likely address the number of practices included, the ability to opt in or out of the program, the timeline for implementation, and the hefty built-in cuts to reimbursement.
