This massive meta-analysis of >300 randomized trials for the Big Four (lung, breast, prostate, and colorectal cancers) conducted over the last two decades reveals median ages of enrollees were consistently >6 years younger than that of their cancer-specific populations, a discrepancy exaggerated over time and in industry-sponsored trials.
