A massive Dutch registry study of women receiving adjuvant radiation for breast cancer aims to make you sound smarter when answering patients’ lists of questions regarding secondary malignancy risk. The incidence of in-field angiosarcoma was roughly 200 of 185K cases, or 1 in 1000.
