An analysis of the 2021 rad onc residency graduating class reports to no surprise that the majority accepted jobs in metro areas of over 1 million (n=104, 58%), followed by in metro areas <1 million (n=66, 36%), while relatively few accepted jobs in non-metropolitan areas (n=11, 6%)—and, while this may not reflect an equal distribution of jobs based on graduate preference, it does based on the US population. | Sindhu, Pract Radiat Oncol 2022
