Location, location, location.

There’s a lot more talk of job market dissatisfaction in radiation oncology than there is data demonstrating how and why, but inability to find a job in a particular area is a commonly cited concern. This response to a recent report of 75% of 2013 to 2017 graduates (n = 299) receiving job offers in their preferred region would like to point out, beyond the fact the 1 out of 4 left unsatisfied with her/his living situation isn’t great, this still likely underestimates dissatisfaction given that an offer in a particular region doesn’t mean an offer in the location one wants to live. | Chowdhary, Int J Radiat Oncol Biol Phys 2021
