The NRG Gynecologic Working Group has published an update to their 2008 consensus contouring guidelines for post-op pelvic IMRT. What’s new? Most of the updates focus on nodal volume contouring. There are new recommendations for delineating para-aortic nodes. Also, the prior pelvic nodal volumes are less dependent on bony anatomy and more reflective of vascular anatomy.
