COVID-19 led to a halt in many routine medical procedures and therapeutics. A conundrum in cancer care is that its felt to place patients at increased risk of severe COVID-19 while ongoing treatment can be key to cancer survival.  This single-institution analysis found that the receipt of cytotoxic chemotherapy was not associated with an increased risk of developing severe COVID-19. However, associations were complex and factors such as hematologic or lung malignancy, lymphopenia, and neutropenia were associated with worse COVID-19 outcomes. | Lee, J Clin Oncol 2020
