PSMA-PET re-staging scans are coming on the scene for evaluating biochemical recurrences after prostatetectomy. How useful are they after radiation? In this prospective study of 79 “radiorecurrent” patients, PSMA re-staging failed to visualize the site of disease in 13% compared to 33% after standard CT, bone scan, and MRI.
