The COG ANBL0532 trial was designed to assess single vs. tandem autologous stem cell transplantation for patients with newly-diagnosed high-risk neuroblastoma. So why talk about it at ASTRO? Because patients with gross residual disease (>1 cm3) received 36 Gy, a >50% increase from the historical standard of 21.6 Gy.
