Silver lining.

You know what they say: Around every silver lining, there’s a dark cloud. With immune checkpoint inhibitors affording miraculous disease control in (granted, a minority of) otherwise lost causes comes more uncertainty than ever on when to pull the trigger on hospice and other supportive care measures.
