Just in time for Easter, this basket trial establishes an objective tumor response in one-third of patients with heavily pre-treated, chemo-refractory metastatic HER2(+) colorectal cancer treated with dual trastuzumab + pertuzumab therapy—not a bad deal considering the extensive long term safety data we already have on these HER2-targeted therapies. | Meric-Bernstam, Lancet Oncol 2019
