Bigger is better.

When prostate cancer is found in the setting of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), it is more likely to be of an indolent flavor. Aerospace engineers are making the case that medicine has underestimated the relationship between BPH and favorable prostate cancer in deeming it one of pure correlation. Instead, they use computer simulations to demonstrate mechanical stress from enlarged prostates may actually cause prostate cancers to behave better through limiting growth and even impeding invasiveness. | Lorenzo, Proc Natl Acad Sci 2019
