Industrial gap.

An analysis of publicly-available CMS reporting on financial relationships between industry and radiation oncologists shows women are yet again drawing the short stick. At least one industry payment was received by 61% of practicing female radiation oncologists in 2016, compared to 70% of their male counterparts, and those payments were on average lower. Perhaps most notably, if you're not getting an industry kickback, you're in the minority regardless of gender. | Weng, JAMA Netw Open 2019
