Hormone help.

That’s what’s needed forever by many survivors of cancer diagnosed in adolescence and young adulthood. This prospective Danish cohort study spanning >30 years demonstrates many-fold increases in risk of testicular (RR 75), ovarian (RR 15) and pituitary (RR 11) hypofunction post-cancer treatment when compared to their cancer-free counterparts. Increased incidence of endocrinopathies were apparent across all cancers and treatment modalities but was most pronounced among those with liquid malignancies. Jensen, JAMA 2018
