Nothing but NET.

In the true spirit of March Madness, here's a study on nothing but neuroendocrine tumors (NET). 936 resected NETs to be exact, including primary sites of small intestine (47%), pancreas (20%), and other (33%). A retrospective look demonstrates that recurrences happen slow: less than a quarter recur at 3 years and almost half by 10 years, with no sign of the trajectory slowing down even at 18 years. This has implications on imaging surveillance, which should mirror these recurrence rates. Slow and steady.
