Not standard.

Patients don’t standardly get penile cancer, so we have to resort to something like NCDB data to have any data at all. A recent look at >1K patients with node-positive penile cancer treated over the last decade indicates that, even while rates of chemo use are increasing, less than half of patients receive it. Less than a quarter receive radiation. The only therapy associated with increased survival was nodal dissection, which is old news, but only about two-thirds received one, which adds to this new news that many patients with penile cancer are not receiving the standard of care.
