Who is Heinrich Köbner?

A 19th century German-Jewish dermatologist who first described a “rash recall” with skin trauma. He lived just long enough to see the first X-rays, and, if you’re reading this, you’ve lived long enough to see a radiation-induced Koebner phenomenon.
