HPV 4 life.

Women with high grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN-III) are at increased risk of HPV-related malignancies for life according to Dutch registry data published in JCO, although this risk steadily decreases over time. It is still unclear whether HPV vaccination after such incident events helps prevent future events (i.e., secondary prevention). Even less clear is what exactly makes certain populations more susceptible to HPV carcinogenesis. So what is clear? Primary prevention with HPV vaccines, and we think it's worth taking this shot at curing cancer.
