The Japanese phase 3 PARADIGM trial analyzed 802 patients with metastatic chemo-naive RAS-wild type colon cancer receiving mFOLFOX randomized to the addition of either the EGFR-inhibitor panitumumab or the more standard VEGF-inhibitor bevacizumab.
