This case series of five patients receiving the novel macrophage modulator cabiralizumab, in combo with nivolumab and ablative radiation, describes a weird rash (looks like a sponge to non-derm eyes—see figure 2), presumably due to hyperactivated macrophages eating up elastin in the dermis, that fortunately often self-resolves upon discontinuation of therapy. | Dai, JAMA Dermatol 2021
