Where do you find a comprehensive list of dose constraints when using SABR or SBRT? TG-101? BR002? HyTEC? Our treatment planning optimization often relies on a list of constraints compiled from various protocols. Fortunately, the authors of this paper have now done much of that work for you. Here’s a systematic review of organ at risk (OAR) dose constraints from 53 of 85 eligible clinical trials. It’s inclusive of 33 different OARs receiving 1-8 fractions of SBRT.
